136 papers were submitted and reviewed. The accepted papers are as follows:

- 13 regular papers (7 pages in the full Conference proceedings) were presented at RANLP-2009 oral sessions. The selection rate of the regular papers was 10%,

- 34 papers were published as short papers (6 pages in the full Conference
proceedings) and were presented at RANLP-2009 oral sessions. The
selection rate of the regular and short papers was 35%,

- 40 papers were accepted and presented as posters (5 pages in the full
Conference proceedings). The selection rate of the regular, short and
poster papers was 64%.
