Thanks, Eugene!  I am still hoping for a couple more papers to be
submitted by those who will be at ICCS.  Many cannot attend, so that makes
it all the more important for those who will be there to bring something
to work on in the workshop.  I really did not intend the reviewing to
begin until after the 15th deadline, and we should set the date of June 15
for reviewing to end.    (03)

I will comment further on PORT-L, to clarify for everyone what might be
