Good question, Kathryn, thanks. Eugene and I will settle on some
procedure or deadline, but you should go ahead and send your final version
to Eugene, who will manage the final edit of the volume. He will no doubt
have his own remarks about the process to include. He is traveling, at
the moment, but has sent me a note today, so let's see what he plan he
