Thanks, Eugene, I was just about to send a reminder, myself.  I know
everyone is as busy as I (I must return yet one more time to Idaho,
tomorrow), but I will submit some reviews before I go.  I know from
serving for several years on the editorial board of ICCS that it always
takes prodding to get reviewing done, although everyone has the best
intentions.  Let's try to give Eugene some more material to work with?    (03)

Eugene, would you please add Bernd Groh <bernd.groh@bigpond.com> to your
list of reviewers, in case he finds any time to spend helping us?  And how
about Chris Dent <cdent@BURNINGCHROME.COM>, I wonder if he was ever added,
