It is recommended that authors submit an abstract of their paper by 27 April 2015 thus register their paper for review. In the submission page in START there is a text field where the abstract must be pasted in. The lenght of the abstract should be no more than 200 words. Submitting an abstract in advance is not mandatory but having it earlier than 4th May will help us to plan the review.
Full submissions are due on 4 May 2015. They should follow strictly the ACL based stylesheets, provided below, and should not exceed 8 pages (+2 for references). Poster and demo submissions should be no longer than 6 pages (+2 for references). The main body includes text, figures and tables and we allow up to 2 additional pages for references. Poster and demo papers are presented at the conference in joint poster/demo sessions. Papers should be submitted electronically in **PDF** format. For free conversions to PDF see e.g. http://www.pdfonline.com/convert-pdf/.
The reviewing process will be blind. The paper must not include the authors' names and affiliations, neither self-references that reveal the authors' identity. Please avoid "We previously proved (James, 2009) ...", and use instead citations such as "James previously proved (James 2009)...". Papers that do not conform with these requirements will be rejected without review.
For the accepted papers, in addition to the camera-ready paper text in .pdf format, the authors should submit an especially prepared abstract. All abstracts will enter the "RANLP 2015 Book of Abstracts". Guidelines about Abstract preparation are also given below.
If you want to submit a paper now, please go to http://www.softconf.com/ranlp15/main.

The review process is anonymous. Submissions will be reviewed by 3 members of the Programme Committee. Based on the reviewers' scores, the submitted articles will be accepted as REGULAR papers (8 pages in the full conference proceedings and 30 minutes oral presentation in the conference sessions) or as SHORT papers (7 pages in the full conference proceedings and 20 minutes oral presentation in the conference sessions), or as POSTER papers (6 pages in the full conference proceedings and tableau-presentation in poster sessions). Authors of accepted papers will receive guidelines regarding how to produce camera-ready versions of their papers for inclusion in the proceedings. Guidelines for producing camera-ready versions and demo text will be also available at the conference web site at http://www.lml.bas.bg/ranlp2015. The full conference proceedings will be distributed at the event and uploaded at the ACL Anthology.
Authors may submit the same paper at several conferences. In this case they must notify the organisers in a separate mail to ranlp2015 [ AT ] lml.bas.bg, so we know that the paper might be withdrawn depending on the results at some other conference.
The submission is maintained by the conference management software - START. To make a submission please go to http://www.softconf.com/ranlp15/main and follow the instruction given there. In case of problem, feel free to contact us at the ranlp2015 [AT] lml.bas.bg.
