Presenters are expected to bring their presentations on a USB stick in the coffee break 10 minutes before the session starts and to liaise with the session Chair and student volunteers.
The length of long presentations (regular papers) is: 20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions
The length of short presentations (short papers): 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions

The demos will take place during the demo session on day 3 in Varna hall. The organisers will provide а table, two chairs per demo, a poster stand (size A0, portrait orientation), access to main sockets and Internet connection. The presenters should bring their own laptops and show the demos on them. All demos will be presented in parallel during the allocated 1 hour. Please make sure that you are in the demo hall 10 minutes before the session starts. When the demo session finishes, presenters are asked to remove their laptops and other materials.
There will be a student helper attending the demo hall.

The poster stands have the following size : A0, vertical (portrait orientation). Please make sure that you fix your poster before your poster session. Please check the conference programme for more details: Programme. Poster presenters should stand next to their posters during most of their session. When the poster session finishes, presenters are asked to remove their posters.
